I am an Los Angeles based artist & children’s book author for the HoneyBelle book series. My passion is art - traditional portraiture to the low-brow quirky style that has become so popular in recent years. I enjoy doing both. A few years ago, I felt this internal nudge to write a book about one of my characters from a sketch I drew. Though it took over 3 years to complete, it’s now what has become “HoneyBelle and her Merry Band of Others”. This book touches on diversity, inclusiveness & disabilities as it relates positive messages to accepting your “otherness” and that it is ok to be different.
