If you go down to the woods today, you're in for a big surprise, because your favorite cartoon characters and childhood books heroes have turned into scary monsters, and you won't believe your eyes.
Take a look at these terrifying monster drawings to see what we mean, although be warned, they're pretty damn creepy. They were drawn by Swedish illustrator and tattoo artist Dennis Carlsson, who uses his skills to add a nightmarish twist to traditionally cute and cuddly childhood cartoon characters. From Winnie the Pooh, Pikachu, and Totoro, to Monsters Inc and Lilo (well, a piece of Lilo...) and Stitch, Carlsson's creepy drawings are sure to send a shiver up your spine. So watch out the next time you're out looking for Pokemon...because that cartoon monster might also be looking for you...

Wasn't he ALWAYS a monster anyway? Without Lilo, this is almost what would've happened anyway.. Less gory though.

You should sees some movies from Ghibli Studio. I'm 40 and I love to look these movies (stories) with my 2 little sons. The movies are entrancing and touching your heart. My favorites are "Tonari no Totoro", "Tenkū no shiro Rapyuta", "Sen to Chihiro no kamikakushi", "Hauru no ugoku shiro", "Gake no ue no Ponyo" and "Neko no ongaeshi". ("My Neighbor Totoro", "Laputa: Castle in the Sky", "Spirited Away", "Ponyo" and "The Cat Returns")
