21 Women Before And After Their Bridal Makeup By Arber Bytyqi (New Pics)
Arber Bytyqi (previously here, here, and here) is a professional makeup artist and beauty influencer with over 450,000 followers on social media. But his success and popularity didn't happen overnight. The two were long in the making.
Arber knew what he wanted to do pretty much since his childhood but his family opposed it. "In our culture, a male in the beauty industry is considered taboo," he explained in an earlier Bored Panda interview. "So, at first, I got a master’s degree in economics, and only then did I follow my dream and started working as a makeup artist."
Years later, he is as passionate as ever, working with more than one thousand brides per year. Here are some of the latest transformations that Arber and his team have done.

I don't mean to trash the makeup artist. But all these women end up looking like Ukrainian mail-order brides — nothing like their true selves. Also, I call foul... the "after photos are much better quality than the befores. That's an old trick of EST-style weekend programs.

"When I meet my client, the first question I ask is what kind of occasion are they getting their makeup done for," Arner once told us. "I also ask my clients if they have any specific requests. For example, if they want a natural or dramatic look.
"Then I ask them [to show me] the dress that they are going to wear. The design of the dress and its details reveal the style of the look the client is going for. Then, I analyze their facial features."

She's beautiful without make-up. With make-up they all look the same. If you put them in a line, most grooms wouldn't recognize their wife. It's okay to use more make-up on your wedding day, but why do you want to look nothing like you normally look?

Every single bride wants this same exact hair style? Beachy waves? Scroll this collection of photos. Look at the hair. If the hair isn’t pinned up, they all look exactly the same. I put that on the unimaginative hair stylists.
When the pandemic isn't ravaging the world, Arber and his team usually serve more than one thousand brides in a year. "The summer, in particular, is a very demanding season for wedding makeup. During this period, we serve as many as 60 or more clients daily."
Naturally, such a big client base requires a lot of help. Arber's team consists of 25 people (15 makeup artists and 10 hair stylists).

Photoshop. No amount of makeup (unless it’s prosthetics) will change the shape of your chin and eyes and neither will it whiten your eyes and teeth like that.

Arber has enough resources to attend to up to 100 clients per day. "We start our workdays early in the morning and make sure our schedule has absolutely no impact on the quality of services, satisfying all of their needs." Of course, the coronavirus has had its toll on these numbers. "In the Balkans, the wedding is one of the biggest events in a person's life. But due to the pandemic, a lot of them were postponed," Arber said.

Again with the photoshop! Urgh. Thinned her face (funny how the slight double chin disappears and her chin becomes slightly pointier) and overuse of the blur tool. These are all beautiful women, teach them how to enhance what they have not change what they have, this whole BP post is very disingenuous and actually quite harmful to women.

I genuinely don't think this is photoshop. Its contour. NO ONE should be hating on ANYONE. This is a special day for these women and if they want to look a little different than they normally would, that is totally up to them. Rabbit Carrot, stop being a petty bítch, it's annoying. I get that these women are beautiful and I don't love that they are hiding birthmarks etc but it is their choice, it's one day, let them feel that confidence without shítting all over it. Thx bae

Obviously it's her wedding day and she can have her makeup however she wants it, but I think it's a bit of a shame that she didn't go for a more natural look. This makeup kind of obscures her natural beauty.

And bridal make-up is supposed to be very light, just enough to bring out your natural beauty. At least that's the way it's done where I'm from. Such heavy make-up for your wedding is so weird, why would you want to look like a completely different person on this day? I feel bad for the grooms too, it must be an unpleasant surprise for your wife-to-be to turn up looking like a plastic doll.

they ended up looking very similar to each other. I have nothing against heavy makeup or makeup that dramatically changes your appearance, but it's important to preserve the uniqueness of each individual and not just paint the same mask over everyone's face.

This is very poor makeup skills, this "artist" should not be praised. Looks like he learnt how to do only one look using the same contouring scheme, same eye lines, exactly the same eye brow lines, the same heavy coloring etc. The all look like plastic sex dolls. All individual features are erased.
