The pop sensation surprised her massive fan base by adding them all to her “Close Friends” list on Instagram, leaving followers both stunned and excited at having a more intimate connection with the star. The award-winning singer currently has 114 million followers on Instagram, and she does not seem to play favorites, as every single one of those 114 million fans is on her “Close Friends” list.
Coming to the content she shared with her “Close Friends,” the Ocean Eyes singer posted a couple of Instagram Stories, one of which seemed like an underwater capture or a starry night sky, which could possibly be some album cover art to go with her current all-blue profile picture.
Fans were made to feel special as they opened the singer’s stories to find the green box with a white star in the corner

The second Instagram Story featured what appeared to be a tattoo, with no caption to give fans a clue of whether it was new or not.
Social media exploded with reactions as fans worldwide couldn’t believe their eyes. Many were left in awe at their newfound VIP status. Although it was an honor shared with millions of others, Billie still managed to make her fans feel special, thus cementing her reputation for breaking norms and connecting deeply with fans.
