If You Get Less Than 15 Questions Right, You Can’t Claim To Have Good Literature Knowledge

There are 40 more years of information to learn since I was in school, including at least a couple of entirely new subjects. No reason why today's "normal" education should cover many of these works of literature.

They still teach this material in schools almost exactly the same way, and that’s precisely the problem. Our lives have changed drastically over the last few decades, and the education system was already outdated even when you were in school. If you’re right, and they were to teach something else — or, more importantly, teach it very differently — our education system might be far less dysfunctional.

It's just literature, and I don't mean that despairingly. Literature is subjective and isn't frozen in time. There have been many good books written since these classics. NBD if they don't teach these particular books.
