Great character development starts with the way a character looks. Little details can tell stories about their lives and interests as well as character traits. So, no wonder why people get obsessed with artists like Rinotuna, who can make believable characters inspired by random ordinary objects.
The designs that this Korean artist creates maintain the original object's color scheme, theme, and other features to make full and rich cartoon/anime characters. It proves, over and over again, that inspiration can come from the simplest of things.
For Rinotuna's artwork, it is not the first rodeo, so if you are interested in more quality character content here at Bored Panda, see part 1, part 2, and part 3.

Anybody else really like Danish Butter Cookies or is it just me?
I love this one. The water fish, turtles and dumbo octopi are all so cute.
Love that a black guy looks cool and doesn’t have unnatural proportions to exaggerate African descent. Awesome art. All of them🖤
You could just appreciate the art without bringing race into it. He's black. Big whoop. Besides, if he had African features, he'd look just as cool. Not offended, just tired of seeing anyone so obsessed with being anti-racist that they make everything about race.
Load More Replies...Kingfishers!! I love it, he seems like such a fun guy, too.
I ALWAYS love these types of articles, BP pleaseeeee. Anyway, this made my day. You know what we need? A way to favorite posts, and an archive tab with our favorites to re-visit then easily.
I want more of this!!!! I would love to see this but with like book characters because I try to draw them myself but am not the best artist and also I just love anime and books so you put them together and yeah! I can only imagine an anime version of Hunger Games, Harry Potter, ect
Absolutely belong on display and to be admired by all. Beautiful, just beautiful.
Could someone please make an anime out of it, the comments are full of content.
I feel like I'm looking at gacha game art as I look through these (and I mean that as a compliment.) I don't know if my favorite part is how the style varies by the character (you could have told me this was a compilation by different artists and I'd believe you), or the attention to detail in things like shape, color, and even function of the object. If I had any of these social medias I would definitely give a follow.
