In Argentina only ignorant call ir that way and its like the newest name... The original, that comes from Spain, being Argentina an ex spanish colony, is CONCHA, which means SHELL (sea Shell, like in the painting "Birth of Venus")

Man-part is "kukac" (shortly "kuki") in Hungarian, which is worm in English. :)
