An eye-opening ad campaign faced France in December 2020. It was created for "World Vision" by the ad agency "Steve". The campaign consists of 5 visuals showing the harsh reality of 356 million children, who in comparison, are deprived of childhood.

World Vision is a global Christian humanitarian organization dedicated to improving the lives of children, families, and communities in need. With a mission inspired by faith, World Vision works to promote human transformation and fight injustice.

Over the years, the company has created more shocking ads aimed to raise awareness and inspire action, urging the public to support vulnerable children worldwide.

Are you people serious with your comments about how working as a child didn’t ruin you or how they are getting work experience?? Do you not realize that these children a) do not get to keep their wages but use them to support their families b) these children do not get any education and c) they most likely are ending up with more children that will work in the sweatshops. Just so that the well-off children can unwrap their new toys they probably don’t even need.

The world is a rotten place. So rotten that there are children that are happy to slave all day in a factory to help providing for their poor families. Because they know that there are "work" that are far more horrible they have to do if they lose their factory job. Its terrible.

I started working at age 12 in the USA. It didn't ruin my life. I graduated from college several times, did very well financially, and retired in my early 50s with enough money to live very comfortably for the rest of my life.

Ummm, just because it didn't ruin *your* life, doesn't make it normal or desirable.

They are learning a good work ethic and practical skills they can use for the rest of their lives. As the Bible says in Proverbs 22:6, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is older he will not depart from it."

To be fair, out of context playing on an abandoned tank turret would have been fun as a child

Just in my peaceful childhood, there were no abandoned tanks...so hard to ignore the context that these kids have either experienced war or live in a post-war society.
