A steamy area for steamy books, aha but really you could toss in pillows and blankets in the tub for some kinda aesthetic, but like its kinda in the bathroom and I hope no one is actually putting good books in there with all that steam D:

Even today I have a tablet I use for bathtub reading. While I have read in the tub for years, it was always my "disposable" books that I had purchased at yard sales and second hand stores for that very purpose. Books do not last well in a damp environment. While very pretty, I hope this "nook" was just staged as the books shown would soon be moldy from the damp and steam (not to mention splashing by the owner of the boat!"

I'm insanely jealous. Not only are all of these beautiful, but because of my medication I haven't been able to concentrate on reading for a few years now, I miss the escapism.

Most of these are window seats so not really what I'd consider a nook. Half of these don't have any books anywhere. How can you have a reading nook without books? More like a general area that's been shoehorned into the reading nook category for this article.
