If you ever had the misfortune of texting the wrong number, you know how embarrassing it can be. Although most people have the courtesy of letting the careless senders see that they’ve made a mistake, some are not so nice.
This is precisely what happened to a guy named Jon, who thought he was texting a young lady named Lynn. However, Jon had no idea he had hopped the ‘troll train.’ As it turns out, the recipient of Jon’s funny text messages was Michael Butane, who decided to go ahead in trolling the unsuspecting sender by pretending to be Lynn. The impersonator revealed who he truly is only after Jon has already asked for indecent exposure pictures from ‘Lynn’ and was at the agreed location, thinking he’s about to meet her. Long story short, Jon wasn’t happy about the whole ordeal. Scroll down below to see the hilarious text fail including the entire conversation and funny pictures from Michael, who has even shaved one leg for the sake of the perfect con act.

CHOO CHOO MFER!!!! The other post with the bird and the train!
I came down here to say the same thing! Maybe that's where the bird got it from?
Lol
I think “lynn” has a cute smile. He’s lucky Jon wasn’t into guys as well. That would’ve turned interesting 🤔😜
I don't find this funny, actually. I love to hear about rude people or scammers getting trolled, but this was just some guy who thought that he was going to have a legitimate chance with someone he clearly liked. He asked for pics, but only after receiving clear signs of reciprocal interest, and he didn't push when she said no. How long did he leave him thinking that? This was cruel and not even very funny.
Actually he was toeing the line of being rude. "You still got a bf?" Answer is no, not any more, immediate response is "Score, lets f**k " because the whole "I'll come to your place with booze" spiel was surely not about getting to know "her" better. And then the shower and he immediately wants a picture. The fact that he doesn't notice it's not her by the way "she" writes is kind of telling that he does not know her. Way to go.
No different than Netflix and chill, right? I think the trolling was very called for and right on track. Jon was a creep!
I have to agree. He didn't seem like a rude guy at all, aside from not taking the joke well.
Yeah, because this was not a joke
Because asking a girl you just met for a pic of her in the shower isn't rude? What planet do you live on?
Honestly no. How creepy and disrespectful to ask for shower pictures after asking if she was done with whoever she was dating. Sounds like a pig.
He was going to have a chance with someone he liked to what? The first thing that came to his mind was to get her drunk and f*** her and you say this other guy was cruel?
oh please. he was clearly a dude who pressured an innocent woman who was obviously not interested, into giving him her number, and the only way she could see a way out was to give him a wrong number. one of my female friends has been in the same situation, and after giving them the wrong number they kept on pressuring her. that kind of situation is scary to be put in, and the dude deserved all the trolling in the world for it.
Stop projecting yourself on the troll. Clearly Lynn dislike this guy otherwise she won't give a false number. Male like you are why female have to resorted to giving false phone numbers. Even after being told 'I have a boyfriend' you won't back of and keep bugging. Sure, the troll may 'looks' polite here, but in real life this type are always the creepy one. So yeah, don't defend the troll, you clearly know nothing about this type. Edit : I have no idea why my comments get posted more than once, already delete the others comments. Apologize for the error.
You are right, though - I don't know much about this type. I never really did the bar scene. So fair cop there. :)
Um... I'm a girl, and I have never pressured anyone. :) However, I have a lot of empathy for both sides of it. If this was a false number scenario, then the trolling was earned. But he had no way of knowing that.
Actually... he was asking a virtual stranger for nudes. So no.
Oohh hell no, that guy was checking for bf alert, "she" didn't want to talk about it, and instead of giving space or ask how "she"'s doing, immediately flirts??? Ypu gotta be kidding me, and the shower pics? That's NEVER acceptable, in any scenario
I’d give you a vote up if this guy hadn’t acted like a complete humorless a*****e once the joke was revealed. But he was a complete humorless a*****e. That tells me that his aims were so deeply singleminded and shallow that it was a huge disruption to his mental processing to deal with the change in perception. Those guys... they’re dangerous.
Fair. There was no way of knowing in advance... but even though he had a right to be upset after being strung along for possibly hours, his reaction was way out of line with that and so his intentions were made pretty clear by the end.
You must be fun at parties...

Are you Jon..?
The guy didn't start off by sensing unsolicited d**k picks or being super creepy. He asked if that was the person he wantes to talk to, so a non-jerk response should have just been to say you weren't them. Honestly I can't imagine why this guy felt the need to "troll" this person just because he texted the wrong number asking for someone else.
