This carving was created for customer in January, 2025. Customer asked to carved same picture, what I carved in past, but in small size and change some detail. It tooks 4 days. First wooden picture now in museum in Turkey. You can see it in my web page Artcarving.ru, it was carved at the international wood carving festival in Turkey in 2015.

The task was to make a wooden product on the theme of “bridges” in 8 days, where the bridge is a symbol of reunification.

When creating the drawing, I wanted to show in the painting the warmth and peace of contemplating Russian nature, the church in the distance is a symbol of faith and hope for the best. The young couple in love in the foreground in a modern style contrasts with the old uneven bridge, which, twisting and refracting, like life itself, leads from one bank to the other.

The picture is in the museum of Turkey in the city of Eskeshir.

I used linden wood, aqua color, wax.
