The other day after a rough week I stopped at the local playground to swing. I am 42. My kids were with friends, my husband was at work, and I was just hysterically laughing at how I had forgotten how fun it was. I have dachshunds. They're not keen on the rain even with their little jackets on. We had a BIT of snow here earlier in the year. Rollo who's 4 had never seen snow. He lost his mind and flatly refused to step off the doorstep into the garden. His piteous whining upset me and his 2 older bros so he got a treat for being unbrave.

I bought my first set! They are portable and only 100W, but they will power my small power bank that can charge all the USBs or my laptop for a few hours. I'm unreasonably excited :)

That's the difference between a guard dog and an attack dog. Guard dogs may snarl, growl, or sometimes bite but their main purpose is to alert you about the threat. Valid uses for an attack dog are much more limited. Of course even attack dogs should have a good disposition with their handler.

When it was my dog's birthday I would make him a cake out of mince and cheese and bake it in the oven. Then we'd put a candle in it and sing. Sadly he didn't make it to the 14th cake.
