It is kaffir lime. Markut is a Thai word for it. We sometimes use it in soup, but these days, it's mostly found in shampoos and soaps.

It's Pare/Peria (momordica charantina). You can find it at Indonesia or Malaysia. This white one is Peria gajih, also from India or Africa

It is light green or dark green sometimes it turns yellowish when ripened ....in India we call it Karela in Hindi language......i.e. Bitter gourd, but it is not found white as seen in the picture

This is immature version of "KARELLA" atleast thats what it is called in urdu. Once ripe it is dark green when it comes to taste I personally dont like the taste but 80% of people I know love it

In Dutch its called Witte Sopropo. Its a bitter tasting vegetsble. The more common sopropo is green like a cucumber. Its normaly eaten with white rice
