Sent out a just eat order for a delivery x was triple checked and they still complained that an item was missing. Watched the cctv and nope, they were lying... But here comes the saying that a customer is always right... Makes my blood boil when the proof is there yet we cave to submit to liars... What's your biggest smile until they walk away episode??
