My objects sometimes take hundreds of hours to create due to fact that I use hand tools only. No machinery takes part in the process, every stitch is done by hand and there are thousands of it in every project.
With a background of having studied Biology I find my inspiration in nature where I have fallen in love with organic shapes and structures.
The character design consists of my leather work combined with bodypainting, costume, props, basically whatever tells the story.

Deep Sea Anglerfish
Ladies and Gents, proud to announce that: on board of my personal Nautilus I have recently discovered a new species of Deep Sea Anglerfish! Rare to be seen, but I managed to get very close and not being lured by its hypnotising light. The leathery texture of its body appears to be glossy dark red up to black. The teeth shine in brass and copper, so does the magnificent lantern.
Hopefully, I will find more creatures in this depth!

When I was a kid I saw a picture of an Anglerfish in a book. It was second only to sharks as "things in the water that scare me". You are extremely talented. You could make things for them to use in movies. If people thought "Jason" or "Freddie" were scary, wait till they see some of your work.

The Crying Heart
Flowers have always been fascinating and an inspiration for me (and as some of you know: back in the days I studied floral ecology in the Uni). Flowers and organic shapes have typically been featured in Art Nouveau pieces to bring back the "nature" in big cities. Now this is my tribute: The Floral desk lamp in Art Nouveau style, inspired by "Lamprocapnos spectabilis".
