Share on FacebookShe looks good, but not 25. Also, it's part of her job to look good, and she makes a lot of money doing this, with personal trainers, nutritionists, professional chefs and alike, so it's not really her place to give advice on how to look younger and stay healthy.
She's not. She's just telling people how she does it.
Load More Replies...As a professional dancer, it's always funny for me to see how much some people have to think about their looks. And how's going to be their fitness, nutrition program, etc etc. It's soooo superficial for me and my surroundings. Someone was already on the point here - take care of yourself, it's not rocket science, you do what YOU find good for yourself, eat healthy in smaller portions, and inbrace your own type of body. We are all different, and have different types and shapes of our bodies. Just be kind to yourself, and use your own tips, FFS. You do you. And not how it's done by some Hollywood actress. :)
When you're still struggling to get started on that journey, a few tips from someone else can go a long way. I never felt like I had the time to commit to learning how to be healthy - that, and I thought I already more or less knew how it worked. Once you start you learn so much more, and I agree - you learn how it works for YOU. But there are generalities that can help you to see progress and realize it's within your power, after all.
Load More Replies..."Where there's a will (and money), there's a way". Ehehehe She's still amazing, though.
That's it, she's got money, so she's also got time. That bone broth doesn't simmer itself ;)
Load More Replies...Sorry, but to me that looks like the usual "I'm famous, look at me, I do cool things"-type of session. Nobody with any self-esteem is interested in that c**p...
Haha last comment is interesting. I think I agree. Anyone with any self esteem doesn't need this advice. They can find itr out for themselves. But I understand why Halle would do it. Every bit of exposure/attention helps her carreer. And those unsecure people will be evangelists. They will spread her propoganda freely.
Load More Replies...Even with the money and assistance SHE has committed to do the work! Bless her and her ability to put herself first.
ncbi has many articles on the affects of collagen hydrolysate supplementation as well as the role of proline and glycine on the body. Bone broth is an excelent source of collagen, which is broken down into amino acids including proline and glycine, and contains a much higher concentration of these amino acids than other foods.
Load More Replies...I never understood the amount of hate that film got, no it's not great but it's far from the worse performance she ever gave, I mean she's given some pretty bad performances over the years.
Load More Replies...This is not rocket science actually. However, particularly the motivation part works different for everyone. Some people need others to push them, some enjoy solitude, yet others trive from sharing results on social media. And all of that is fine, we do not even need advice but one: embrace yourself and care for yourself.
She looks wonderful and can be inspiring . seems a hard worker and a sweet mother. I will be 51 in a few days and I hope I will look like Hale Berry next year! :)
My gym membership costs $30.00 a month. You don't need a personal trainer to go to the gym.
Load More Replies...I get so tired of folks saying “if I had their money, trainer, etc.. I would be in shape as well”. Would I’m 56 and know plenty of people my age group, that make less money than me, don’t have a trainer or chief and are in as good of shape as Hallie. People stop making excuses, push your fat asses from the dinner table and start a exercising program that works for you.
I'm not surprised by the amount of whining going on in the comments by people I can only assume are frumpy losers. I mean that in the most literal way. You have a few extra pounds and refuse to eat healthy even though it takes the same amount of time to prepare a carrot as it does a cream cheese bagel. You make excuses why you can't do this and can't do that instead of taking responsibility for yourself. Being unwilling to take responsibility for yourself makes you a loser. The good news is that can change overnight if you are determined. I hope you whiners all take a good hard look in the mirror and commit to making positive change. FYI, getting thin happens in the kitchen, not the gym. Less Netflix, more meditation/yoga. Less pasta, more veggies. You have the time.
Like a friend of mine, she just turned 50 but looks like in her 30s or so. And she doesn't have Halle Berry's money or personal trainers.
It speaks to a lot of reader's self esteem by the snarky comments about her. Ladies! Let's lift each other up instead. We're a wonderful, diverse community and can support each other.
Haha, you said it much more eloquently than I did. I just told people to stop being whiny losers.
Load More Replies...She looks great. Like a good 38. Yes she has a personal trainer and chef, but most people just have excuses. Take time every day to take care of yourself, no matter how much money you have.
Everyone has there own way of how they look good for themselves, she looks beautiful and youthful not 25 but mature and sexy, you can just tell she takes advantage of the accesses in front of her to do so and it all seems like natural hard work, she still rivals a lot of women in her industry and beyond with her great genetics.
People love to complain about how much time they don't have because of working. Take the time that you do have and exercise. Eat better. And try to speak positive words and you'll see some difference in your life. Stop looking at others and judging , when you haven't taken a step towards changing your mindset.
I think this is very useful for health. https://www.yabibo.com/halle-berry-beauty-secrets-without-makeup/
Hollywood stars are basically anomalies. She doesn't look 25, but she also has all the help at her fingertips to be the best physical condition possible, as her income depends on it. Rather different than the average girl.
But what about body positivity message.. I am offended and i will blame the personal chef, trainer and time. Fat is beautiful and healthy. :(
She spends her whole life trying to look young, BUT you cant beat time! I can't see my mother trying to look sexy like that! I would say to my mother grow up!
The people who need to "grow up" are the ones who refuse to take care of themselves.

I've seen overweight rich people. And I've seen healthy fit poor people. It's not how much you have, it's how you live. She may have access to more to trainers and gadgets than most of us, but you don't need that to be fit. Anyone can meditate, walk, or jog. Those are all free fitness activities. If you can get apps on your phone, then you have a yoga coach. She's doing it her way, you can do it your way.
Your comment has been downvoted, haha. There are some truly pathetic people online. How dare you tell people it's within them to make positive changes!
Load More Replies...Not to downplay all the hard work and discipline it takes to stay physically fit, but looking younger than your age has a lot more to do with genetics. Someone else could follow her exact same regime throughout their life and still look every bit of 52, but fit.
The secret is sucking the marrow of pigeons, 10 hours of deep meditation while monks beat you with bamboo , and waxing your entire body using nothing but hot glue.
Exercise, yoga and meditation got rid of her 6th toe too or she got it removed?
So no mention of personal trainers and personal chefs and so on. Yes, she does look very good for her age which is made out to be like she is 82 instead of 52, but she has a lot of help. She has the kind of help that the rest of us couldn’t even dream of. I believe that the majority of the population would look like that if they had the money and the help.
I also find it funny how people are amazed. It is her career and job to look as she does. Same as super models liek AMber Valletta and Cindy Crawford (same approx ages). They have help in the form of trainers and nutritionists but also have the mental drive to stick to it to maintain their careers. I applaud their work ethic.
It helps if you've got enough money to do this stuff all day everyday and don't have to worry about making a living.
