Who Is the Strongest Anime Character? Might Be One Of These 150

Despite the Dragon Ball franchise being full of powerful characters, Goku still manages to keep his crown. Goku is a Saiyan who was sent to destroy the earth when he was just a little boy. His greatest strength is his ability to battle for long periods of time without getting fatigued. He has defeated nearly every villain that threatens the earth, including Frieza. His signature move is the Kamehameha wave, which he learned from Master Roshi. Of course, he eventually outgrew this technique as he surpassed his master and almost all the other opponents he faced in combat.

Compared to most anime characters, Beerus is a pretty comical character. His slouching posture and sleepy cat-like demeanor make him look like he’s constantly bored and underwhelmed by everything around him. In reality, he’s just as powerful as he needs to be, so he tends not to exert himself too much in battle.

Zeno is the supreme ruler of all the multiverse. As the King of All, he has the power to instantly wipe out anything in the blink of an eye without any effort, including individual people, planets, galaxies, and universes. Despite this, Zeno does not fight. He also does not seem to possess good fighting senses compared to the other deities of the series.

Surprised? Saitama’s immeasurable strength origins are still mysterious and unclear. According to Saitama himself, after a year and a half of 100 daily push-ups, sit-ups, squats, plus 10 km daily running, he achieved his superhuman strength. So far, no enemy has been able to injure him in any way, and almost no enemy has survived a single punch from him, seemingly making him the most powerful anime character. Saitama’s enemies have given him little reason to exert himself, so it’s fair to assume he’s even stronger than his current display of strength would suggest.

The fusion character Gogeta, created by fusing Goku and Vegeta together, is regarded as one of the most powerful characters in the entire Dragon Ball franchise and might be even more potent than either Goku or Vegeta. Despite this, Gogeta’s power ends up being his own downfall as the fused Saiyan’s massive strength wears down the technique’s time limit.

Broly is a legendary Super Saiyan. A lot about him is a mystery, as he was born with an insane power level of 10,000 (the average power level of a full-grown Saiyan is anywhere between 1000-4000). His strength is almost unmatched in the Dragon Ball universe, and his fragile mental state makes him even more dangerous.

Alongside Goku, he’s easily one of the most prominent characters in the series, undergoing great character development. He’s immensely strong, and his character revolves around trying to become stronger than Goku. However, like Goku, he’s been shown to be heroic at times and will team up with the Z Fighters when major threats come their way.

His name itself is enough to send shivers down the spine of many other characters. Madara is one of the most powerful shinobi ever, considered throughout history as the strongest Uchiha. According to Naruto’s creator Masashi Kishimoto, Itachi Uchiha is “the single most powerful character” of the series. Even when he was holding back, a team of jōnin was still no match for him.

Like his brother, Sasuke is acknowledged as a natural prodigy of the Uchiha clan. He emerged from his training as a legendary shinobi able to skirmish with and even defeat members of Akatsuki. He’s regarded as one of the most powerful shinobis alive, to the point where even Orochimaru and Madara recognized his tremendous potential.

Despite his kid-like appearance, Meliodas is a 3,000-year-old demon who possesses unbelievable strength, and after unleashing his demon form, this power only increases further. He is most well-known for his skill with swords and brute force, but he also has incredible magical abilities, notably his immunity to magic attacks.

A Jonin-level shinobi, Kakashi is one of the most memorable characters in the entire series. He’s consistently shown his strength, prowess in battle, and innate ability to maintain a laid-back attitude, even during intense fighting, and regularly looked to for advice and leadership despite his personal dislike of responsibility.

Escanor is renowned for gaining immense power during the day and gradually weakening with the sun’s setting, leaving him frail and submissive at night. Until midday, Escanor can only use a fraction of Sunshine’s full power, which still makes him stronger than almost any other character of the series.

The strongest mage of Fairy Tail, Natsu Dragneel is a fire dragon slayer. He can literally eat flames and use them as a source of energy. His abilities allow him to be immune to fire and burn his opponents. He has defeated several legendary dragons, to the point he even outmatched Acnologia, who was considered the strongest dragon ever born.

Hashirama was reputed as the strongest shinobi of his time and had incredible prowess in taijutsu, ninjutsu, and senjutsu. Because of his skills, Minato was regarded as one of Konoha’s most talented ninjas, even amongst the Sannin.

Hagoromo was the creator of ninshu, which later evolved into ninjutsu. He was the first person to ever use chakra on earth, and he’s regarded as the ancestor of shinobi. His abilities were so great that he created the moon using only chakra. He was even able to defeat his brother, who had Rinnegan.
