Graffiti and street art is controversial almost anywhere that it’s practiced. Detractors claim that artists’ stencils and paintings unfairly damage property. Well, love it or hate it, but you’ve got to admit that London-based artist DS’ stencil was a hilarious way to stick it to the man.
