I think it's realistic for a lot of women. I have too much pride/independence for this type of thinking. As a hairstylist/therapist. Lol ..A lot of women definitely feel like this.

Wow, talk about a stereotype. Not every single 'girl' in the world is just waiting for Mister Right. Many of us enjoy our freedoms much more than we enjoy being beholden to someone else. And by the way, we're women, not girls.

Try to be calm inside yourself, to have a relationship with yourself, the man and the woman inside, make them equal in every way. Let them talk out and act out the things to make peace and love or beyond... When your inside man and woman are balanced out, are having a relationship, you'll be having a relationship that matters, because you matter... ♡

this is rather sad. the messages i get from this? 1. a woman never chooses to be single, 2. the sole and ultimate purpose of a woman's life is to pursue a man, 3. if you aren't so lucky as to be chosen by a man, don't waste time taking care of yourself because you're not worth it. thanks for making the point even stronger, as it's not been stressed out enough in the latter centuries! yay!

Definitely not EVERY single girl. Most of these are so super heteronormative and sexist and and moving by the assumption that every single girl spends every moment of the day obsessing about finding someone, which i've never been in my life.

I think it's wrong to think that all single people are desperate to find someone. Sure I would like to find someone, but not having someone right now is something I'm ok with. I don't think I need to stress over it. If I meet someone - great, if I don't - so what? I'm happy while single, but I would be happy to find someone to share my life with :) When it happens, only time will tell ;)

I really, really, REALLY like your illustrations. I know I did some stick-man doodles once a while back and people seemed to like them, but it was a hobby for me. I like that you can express yourself this way and entertain at the same time. Thanks for this :)

Okey, if it's suposed to be a joke, I don't get it... these things are really, really important in the current moment. Maybe, it would be much nicer to do these illustrations in a really sarcastic and easy communicative manier ... but THIS looks just like something done UNPURPOSE without thinking what kind of message it communicates... So, I just like your style, but the message you want to send, gives me really mixed feelings. xx

All these people saying "This is offensive! boyfriends are stupid!" look on the bright side and stop only seeing the negatives. Yeah, you may have troubles with your S.O. Yeah, things might not end happily ever after. But that doesn't mean that you can have a healthy, happy relationship. You shouldn't mope around when you're single, enjoy life. And don't say that the internet can replace your social life because that's just sad.....lol

I am sure that every girl or woman goes through this process at least once in her lifetime: I'm single (not due to a choice - my husband died), but actually really, really, enjoying it! Just think - no snoring in your bed, no one to hog the covers, no need to make a meal on time - or at all if you don't feel like it, want to read and cry or watch a chick flick and moan and groan - you can, no one to judge. Do I miss having a partner - yes, but not all the time and not enough to look for another: life is pretty damm good alone.
