That's me! I sleep on average 5 hours a day and that's enough. If I sleep more than 8 accidentally (usually on weekends) I wake up exhausted and sluggish

Oh wait that might be me too. On nights when I get like 4 hours of sleep I wake up fine and can go about my day normally, however when I get a normal amount like 7-9 hours it takes me a long time to get up and I'm tired for like half the day

This! Me too!! But it has to be a full 4 or 5 hours and I'm dead to the world. I wake up refreshed, sunshine and rainbows, no coffee required. I've always just thought I was too paranoid and hated sleeping. However, If i sleep 7+ hours I will wake up tired, exhausted, and my brain is foggy.

I have this! I only need 3 or 4 hours of sleep a night to be totally energized! It sucks sometimes though because I wake up at 2 am and can't get back to sleep, because I'm all refreshed and awake and when I do get back to sleep i wake up with a neck ache or a headache and everything hurts

There was a famous philosopher in the late 1800's to early 1900's, slept only 1 and a half hours a night, and was always fully alert and rested during the day.

Used to sleep loads when I was younger, now I sleep 5-6 hours every night and feel fine, plus once I wake up now I can't go back to sleep anymore.

I kinda have this but what I can do is I can go on auto pilot with whatever I'm doing and I'm "sleeping" with my eyes open and I do that for like 2 hours and I'm good to go

Guys for all of you who don't think you need sleep, make sure it's not mania. I'm bipolar and if I don't sleep for 2 days or only need like 2 hours, I'm manic. Side note: I do well on 6 hours and 16 hours. There's no in between.
