Part of a good joke is people getting it. If nobody does, who is going to laugh at it? The same applies to memes. However, some of them are so niche, you need to have a Ph.D. in internet culture to understand what they're talking about — or follow the Instagram account Explain Police.

The self-proclaimed Officer behind it meticulously breaks down hyper-specific references, stepping in whenever folks need a little help getting the punchline. Every now and then, they throw in a few simple memes as well, just for the love of the game.

Spider-Man meme pointing at each other labeled 1 gram and 15 grams, explaining diamond weight in a popular meme format.

The reason they don’t use diamonds to make the vest is firstly cause it will be very expensive as diamond is considered precious. Second reason is because it will be very heavy to even wear compared to the other materials that are used to stop the bullet. Hence the person commenting wanted to explain this but he didn’t know how to so he says 1 gram is equal to 15 grams which is funny. Also if you have read this far, you might as well follow me as I explain memes like this one all the time ;)

The guessing game for the 4th letter will continue, as there really are only three bilabial letters/sounds. I'm putting my money on "W", but since the lips only come close to touching each other I personally don't think it counts.
