I was about 6 when I opened my Angel Tree present and received the AUTHENTIC Crayola 256 Box Set (I knew how much it cost, something like $25) and not 1, not 2, not even 5, but 10 whole coloring books all for just me! My parents swear they thought I had won the lottery!

These are still around! Last Christmas I bought one for my husband and one for my daughter (and one for myself).

I don't know if I can throw mine away. It's like saying good bye to a faithful friend. When Spotify is down or my music is so obsolete that it doesn't exist in digital form, my faithful compact disc's will always be there to sing to me. Now, I just don't know what to play them on...

Even though they were kind of a pain in the butt to carry around, I wish they still had these. Because laptops nowadays don’t have a place to insert a disc, and watching a movie on your phone sucks up the battery life, making it to where you can’t finish the movie, and there is nowhere to plug in your phone when your seated for your flight 🤦🏻‍♀️. WOW! I just sounded like a 10 year old child complaining about it 😵‍💫😆

They used to hand these out in Business Class on long flights

HA we brought my tv complete with power inverter with my N64. Had to lay all the seats down.

I had an early one, and was watching the movie Dreamcatcher with headphones on a plane. I turned it off after the bathroom scene, thinking "might be a bit too much on the plane." Guy in seat behind me had a look of horror.

Weren't around when I was a kid, but my little brother and sister had one. Only time I remember watching it we watched Miss Potter.
