What helps me (and I know that's not possible for everyone): taking a 2 week holiday and make it a mix of going out and seeing new places (even just places in my hometown I haven't seen before), go to a few events (they can be free), do some of the duties that are waiting, and have 2-3 days where I just lie on the couch and read or watch TV. Add to that healthy eating and no or very little alcohol. No social media. What my brain needs isn't more rest with only couch + TV but new experiences and less emotional stress.

Here's where punctuation would really help. Is he saying that without music he'd have derealization, isolation, empathy, and overthinking? Or is he saying this is who he is being all those things at one time while also having music?

For such new content (for once) these were overall a huge disappointment.
They were kinda disappointing, weren't they? And when did people start doing the E.E. Cummings eschewing of capitalization? "i helped my uncle jack off a horse." Capitalization is important, people!
Load More Replies...my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. I wanted to see mischevious animals.
