Last year I attended my first Burning Man festival and had the most insane time of my life. I have never been surrounded by so much creativity and enthusiasm, and as a photographer/videographer I was highly inspired to capture the festival from my own unique perspective.
The whole week felt like a really trippy, lucid dream, and through the use of experimentation and photo-editing, I attempted to express my thoughts and feelings into each photo.
Burning Man truly is a one-of-a-kind festival and I really hope to return this year.

Did you have to use a camera housing to deal with the sand or was that not a problem?
just used a whoooole bunch of electrical tape to cover any openings. and didn't experience any issues.

such a talented young man! I was never familiar with Burning Man, but after seeing this pictures, I definitely want to go this year!

I may decided to shoot BM. How was it gear wise w/ dust, keeping things clean, all around experience?
didn't have any issues, used a LOT of electrical tape. and that was pretty much it!

I wanna go t burning man and shoot ,,I think I'd buy a used camera ,,or better yet shoot it with a 4x5 graphlex

Is that watch melting? Some pictures reminded a lot of Salvador Dali's paintings, who happens to be one of my favorite artists ever :)
