If everyone who is planning on purchasing a pet from Petland who still buy their animals from puppy mills, or an individual, or a ‘mom and pop’ type pet store, would go to an animal shelter and adopt an animal, I wonder if it would put a dent in the overcrowding of pretty much every animal shelter in the United States right now.

So adorable. Good on you for adopting. More people need to. I have 2 cats, both strays and it's such a satisfying experience giving scared homeless cats a home and watching them flourish.

    Both Formally Strays. First Up Is Baba Yaga. She's Super Affectionate And Adjusted Living Here Easily. Then There's Cinder, A Chatty Playful Drama Queen. When I Find Her She Was Just Skin And Bones, So Weak And Sick. It Took A Few Months To Get Her Healthy. Worth It, She's Been With Us Over A Year And I'm So Grateful
