I work at a factory. They dont require d**g tests or back ground checks. A coworker and I got into a minor argument. I decided to google him that night. Found out he is convicted sexual predator. He raped an 11 year girl.
I get it that everyone who works in this type of place has a history, and i am by no means a saint. However i find it absolutely disgusting that i have to work with that thing. ( for me that crime, there is no rehabilitation)
