Jupiters moon Io is the object with the highest tectonic activity known in our solar system. The high number of volcanoes and earthquakes changes the moons surface so quick that it is senseless to make maps of the moon. They would be completely wrong after just a few years.
Plus there is a particle stream between Io and Jupiter that is avoided by space probes because they could get serious damage from that stream.
