What in the world caused the first people in an area of the world to have a specific skin color, nose shape, hair texture, and such that now determines the traits of almost everyone with heritage from that place?
It all has to do with climate. Skin color, as people went to colder climates, they needed more sunlight so the skin became lighter to absorb sunlight. Climate changed noses. The farther you go away from the equator the smaller the nose. Modern humans that left Africa bred with neanderthals and denisovans. Genetics show that we all have up to 2-3% neanderthal (unless you never left Africa). Asians and Native American share Denisovan. If you look any of this up pay attention to the Date of the research. The traits we inherited from "breeding around" are interesting.
What’s a good book to read?
Why is it racist to confuse someone who isn't white for someone else? I have trouble with faces, and generally look for my friends based on their hair and backpacks, which has caused me to mistake them for other people. I've gotten insulted for this, which confuses me. It's never an issue if I confused a white person with another white person, so why is it a problem for anyone else, especially if it's genuine confusion?
How do I come out to my transphobic parents?
It depends on the parents, I haven’t come out to my dad as bi (homophobic) but I have my mom. I just kinda went outside when she was outside but no one else was, made a bit of small talk, and then I was like “hey mom.” Then she was like “yeah?” And then I was like “I like boys… and girls.”

School has been stressful and 3 of my BP friends have been suicidal lately.
Well, let's just say... no. I literally had the worst panic attack I’ve ever had when I was in the car today lol. I felt like everything was crushing in on me and that I was going to faint. And then to make matters worse I saw a dead cat on the street. And then the next thing I knew I was slapping myself in the face and had scratches all down my left arm. And then I started getting really dysphoric.
Eeeeeeeh, it's not great but everything is so ironic its funny (for example I had a panic attack right after a doctor's appointment to discuss anxiety meds)
Eh, not the best. To be honest, I'm always tired, overstressed, and struggling to focus. I'm holding it together, though. How are you doing?
Decent, I had an anxiety attack yesterday because I was stuck in a group with a guy I don't get along with. He slapped me and he outed me as gay in front of my gym class. Also I'm pretty sure I'm bisexual.

Ever? No. Not remotely. Probably the PS2. The last era where games went wild with ideas instead of being copies of copies of copies, but if you brought the game you got it all because no DLC. Depends what games you like. I've got all of them (old, no hobbies) so I don't pick sides, but I play the Playstation 5 more, followed by the Switch if that helps?
For reference, I am white and have some black people in my friend groups. When I'm messing with the heads/hair of my non-black friends (i.e. putting my hat on them, ruffling their hair, etc.), it feels awkward to ignore my black friends, but isn't it considered rude to touch their hair? What should I do in those situations?
