What where your most stress filled moments while dating?

A serious answer. Telling my relatively new boyfriend that someone i trusted and was good friends with had assaulted me when I had fallen asleep earlier that day.

It's a horrible thing to have to say to anyone but it is significantly worse when you're saying it to a guy you felt instantly connected to and deeply cared for. On top of it... while trying to explain it, I was still trying to process it myself and in a state of shock. I just remember trying to impart on him that I was so confused and didn't mean for it to happen... but trying to take some of the blame myself because it was easier to believe my friend that it was my fault he had done it than to cope with knowing this guy I was really close with, trusted with alot about me and knew I was really happy and in a monogamous relationship would rape me then gaslight me over it.

My bf's only concern was my wellbeing and beating the s**t out of my friend. I talked him out of that last bit... but overall he surprised me.

For around an hour, me and this girl who I really liked were talking about our crushes. Constant back and forth of "You tell me your crush." "No, you first.". Eventually, my friend had enough and grabbed my phone, before texting this girl that I liked her. Thankfully, she felt the same way, and we've been dating for six months as of last December!

When I was at a party and he tried to pick me up... at that point I had a severe fear of being touched by guys for "reasons". I broke up with him

Currently in a relationship, so any time we fight. I'm such an anxious person and anything can set it off to be worse. He's depressed (and won't get help) so he gets upset a lot easier than I could. Once a fight stressed me out so much (it was over such a dumb thing so I couldn't understand why he was upset about it), it got to a point where I would start shaking when he tried to talk to me. So I'd say that's probably the most stressful thing for me lol

My husband literally gets physically ill when we argue if he feels like he's messing things up. It gets... really frustrating because it makes me feel like i can't have a rational emotional reaction at times... but... moreso I feel bad for him as that's a reaction he picked up from not having coping mechanisms for stress as a kid.
