I’ve found that playing some soft music while i sleep kind of helps to stave off the nightmares, but I’ve only got two songs on this playlist. Help me expand it, i beg of you!!

You could check out the band Slowdive, their music is very calming, or This Mortal Coil (songs like "Kangaroo" or "It'll end in tears").

I don't know if you like classical music, but for me there is nothing more meditative than "Air" by Bach!

not rlly music, but white noise. ocean sounds, nature sounds, wind sounds(idk im running out of ideas lol)

it helps me because it makes my room not that silent, but not loud with music either. this is what personally works for me.

The acoustic version of "Aijā" by Sudden Lights. A simply delightful and beautiful rendition of a rock song, inspired by latvian lullabies, on acoustic guitar and such

Lots of slowcore. Usually Codiene or slint (slint is the greatest band of all time btw).

Cavetown. Lots and lots of cavetown. (I'd recommend Talk To Me, Meteor Shower, and Devil Town (specifically v2).)
