I had a tuxedo cat who was about 5 years old. She lived in our detached garage. I had put a bed in there about 3 feet off of the floor. After a week or so, she wasn't happy with it. I moved it about 6 feet up and placed her in it so she could check it out. She jumped out, went to a 7 foot tall clothes closet, jumped in a dresser drawer up there and sat looking at it. That is where she wanted her bed and was quite happy with it. You will always be missed, Nibbler.

My cats refuse to sleep in a lovely, comfy, EXPENSIVE, cat bed, but love cardboard boxes. WHY?!?!?!
