Something that in an ideal world, would be different, but as this would is imperfect, can't be- yet.
Note; transphobes are not invited. I'm tired of arguing with you guys and I just want some lighthearted ideas. Everyone else, have fun! Go wild.

The language used to refer to gender and trans people. It's such a small thing and with the way the world is, we need to focus on eliminating transphobia before we can get to this. It's a very small thing, but it really affected my mental health positively when I changed the language I used. Most allies and queer people, especially when teaching kids about transness, refer to trans people as people born in the wrong bodies, such as 'boy with a girl's body' or vice versa. It's a nice and simple way to explain transness, but in actuality, a trans person is in the correct body- I, as a trans man, am a boy in a boy's body, because it is my body. Just because my body happens to have genitals historically aligned with femininity does not mean it isn't my body, and therefore a boy's body. We define our bodies, not the other way around. It's a really small thing, and it's barely a problem, but it's really helped my mental health and acceptance of my body. Society has an expectation for trans people to hate our bodies, but it's really not necessary. Again, if you have something transphobic to say, I don't want to hear it. Just stay quiet. I'm tired of arguing my right to exist as I am.
