Yeah... I recently had to deal with this, I myself am white, but I have a Hispanic friend who a few years ago came to America. People at school try and speak Spanish to her- (poorly) and yesterday, we were walking on the track. And the people behind us were shouting racial slurs in Spanish to her. She was confused and angry, but not as angry as I was. Long story short, I haven't seen them all day. Doubt I will. My gym teacher was NOT happy. I'm just tired of these people. I mean, my friend didn't do anything to them. Now she feels guilty and believes she should apologize for getting them in trouble? She's too good for this world. :(

If y'all like true crime shows I highly recommend Discovery plus! They have a whole true crime section and they have some good ones. I personally have really liked Forensic Files (which they have brought back as Forensic Files 2, but I haven't watched that yet), Vengeance: Killer Coworkers, and Fear Thy Neighbor. Fear Thy Neighbor is probably my favorite one tho

Asbestos is only dangerous when it frays. As a normal solid, it is safe. It's still a health risk, though, since it can fray fairly easily.

I’m only 17 and I’ve been very aware of how little time people have. I’ve kind of always been scared of growing up. Especially more so recently, tho. After this May ends I only have 1 more year of high school!

I sometimes look through new eyes I think it's so much harder to be 17 now than when I was 17. I think we were too busy having fun. With no social media, all we knew about the world was the 6:00 news if we watched it. We knew these were our glory days. Then we had to grow up. Enjoy what you have because it's the little things that stick with you. It is scary growing up because you have to make the map and write the book yourself. I felt lost a lot as a teen.. My map is all over the place and that's okay.

The best way to hide a body is to put it in recently disturbed soil and put it 6 feet under. Than bury a pet like 2 feet under so if the search dogs smell a dead body they will find a pet thinking it’s a false alarm

Unless you actually need the dead body for something it's best to simply destroy it or dispose of it. LIke in the movie Fried Green Tomatoes they chopped up a man and served the meat at the local diner. A cop even said it was the best bbq he ever had but he didn't know he was eating a human. Now that's creepy.

Also plant it vertically, aerial searches will be looking for about 6 feet of disturbed land, and plant endangered flowers on top. Use a good disguise, lots of layers, hat, perfume, etc, dispose of all weapons.

They can also moan and sit up. I used to drive corpse transport for the local funeral home and had one do that in the back of an ambulance. let out a moan and sat part way up. I damn near drove off the road. (Yes, the guy was really dead, can confirm from state of decay)

You have that all backward. These are not the chainsaws used to down timber. Neither are they ever used on humans because we have the option of performing a Caesarian birth. Small chains are designed to be saws and used in utero. For instance, a calf died during birth because it was too big to pass through the birth canal. The Veterinarian can get the small chain around a leg and remove it. Then, the calf is small enough to be born. And, even though it is a sad situation, the mother cow's life has been saved. Chains made to cut wood are generally called razor saws and are recommended gear for backcountry hikers and hunters.

Dead pope being silent in the trial. I wonder if a lawyer said "we'll take your silence as an automatic admission of guilt. Unless you DO have something to say in your defense then now's the best time." Dying from too much water is from a condition called "water toxicity" the amount of water in the body becomes toxic. That's really amazing considering it's (usually) an essential need. And also it can over tax the kidneys and bladder which of course we know are vital organs.

on number 4 I have worked with people who are called "house flippers" they are experts at repairing entire homes that have been vacant. The homes are owned by a bank or other major financial institution like Chase or Bank of America. The house flippers buy the homes from the bank and then basically restore the home so it can be sold for a profit. What is most sad about this? Many homes that are vacant are from foreclosures. That's when a person is unable to pay what they owe to the bank and they are forced out of it and the bank takes ownership of the home. In other words, banks cause people to become homeless because they have nowhere to live when the bank takes the house from them. And of course the house flippers sell the homes for profit to people who can afford a house. We live in a wonderful world don't we?

This is one reason I could never work in the medical field. But also one field I think I would be the best damn, compassionate doctor. I would never downplay someone's concerns. At the same time, I think I would be too gullible with the patients who are deceptive.

This happens. There's an infamous serial killer in BC, Canada, Robert Pickton. He owned a pig farm. He'd kill prostitutes and feed them to his pigs. Really gross and disturbing case.

Ah yes, the main method to justify Israel's actions, erasing a whole people from existence. They were there under the Ottomans, under the British, and have a stronger genetic connection to the Canaanites, the original inhabitants of Palestine, than Ashkenazi Jews. Can you alienate them from the land their families lived on for generations, just because they fled the violence of the Nakba and returned only a year or two after the war to their homes for most of them to find Jewish families living in their homes and being forced to resettle in Gaza or the West Bank? By this logic, the Israelis should not be allowed to live in Palestine, for the majority of Jewish people left and settled in Europe and the Americas. In fact, it is really the Israelis who did not exist until 1948, just the diaspora of Jewish people who were vastly different from one another depending on where they settled in the world. The Palestinians just as much reason to a national and ethnic identity as the Israelis.

If you keep your home really clean, all food in sealed containers, but still see unusual house pests coming in, it's a sign you live close to hoarder or a really unsanitary neighbour. Especially if you live in an apartment. No matter how sterile you keep your home, the critters will still enter and roam around if the neighbour doesn't clean their home up. When batteries leak gases they make a ticking sound, that sort of resembles a timer. Dealt with that last night with my fairy lights.

Interesting. Those with intellectual disabilities tend to have sensitivities to too much sensory. But you don't need to have an intellectual disability. Aging can affect how you tolerate stimulis. For instance, a teenager can go to places with very loud music, flashing lights, people dancing, coming and going, lots of smells in the air and just have a blast. Someone in their 40s wouldn't last 5 minutes before they're ready to leave with a pounding headache.
