Thank you fellow 🐼! It is a Filipino dish! The dish consists of beef that is simmered in broth until tender. Potatoes, cabbage, bok choy and scallions are then added near the end of cooking. The dish is served with steamed rice , soy or fish sauce on the side depending on your taste. Eating this dish alway gives me a warm feeling. The dish has a deep beef flavour, savoury umami notes and sweetness from the vegetables.
