I Love that bitten nails is the number one post. So many people now have fake nails and the cost is absurd. £2 or less for a bottle of nail varnish and multiple uses versus a small fortune each time. Many of my carers have them all year around then say they've no money 🤷♀️ It doesn't make sense to me, I put nail varnish on myself and some of my carers are amazed I can do this myself?? I love what the OP has done here, they look fun but also realistic. I Love them 😍💖

I agree. I much prefer natural nails, bitten short is fine by me. I prefer keeping my nails short.

I used to do the same thing, try builder gel? Or when you have the urge to bit, moisturise your nails with nail oil. Helped me anyway

I've never heard of builder gel before! I'll give it a try, thanks :) tl;dr I bite the worst when I'm stressed, and having to spend any time around my toxic narcissist of a mother makes me VERY stressed. The nail-biting has become a form of self-harm.

I used to bite my nails, the only thing that helped me was getting gel nails, now I just chew my lips instead lol

Love painted NATURAL LENTGH nails, but hate those long pointy nails… especially when I go to any fast food restaurant and see woman making my food with those disgusting germ infested things. 🤮🤮🤮
