The force you use is wildly variable- you could accidentally swing a chair into a wall at 150 mph, you could intend to lift a car 500 ft up and just get a minor shove

You always teleport five feet above where you're trying to go, so you end up falling a nonfatal but uncomfortable and sudden distance whenever you do it
