I used to be really into art, but a while ago I stopped. I’ve practiced my best, but I’m not sure what to really start with again. Do any of you have ideas?

Art is definitely a weird thing, because it's completely up to you, but it can be infinitely helpful to receive advice or critique, or just look at other people's creations. So if you stopped before because you were burnt out, maybe you could look at other aspects of drawing that you haven't been practiced in to start.
I actually stopped drawing a while ago, and didn't realize why I did until I thought about drawing people. I had had it in the back of my mind for a while, and it just wore on me, that I was unable to draw human figures. That was the only reason I didn't want to draw. Now, I've gotten back to it and made some progress, and I like what I create.
Feel free to not take my advice if it seems limiting to you

I would really enjoy trying to experiment with watercolours again! Maybe this time it could be realism

I had a very long hiatus from art, too. One day I decided to try painting again after watching one stroke painting videos and other art videos. I don't think it's really my style, but the effect is cool. So I just decided I'm going to paint something I like and in the style of my choice, or whatever happens the brush does for me.
I have to say I really had to make myself just do it. There was some oil paints and wanted to try working with them more. I've found when I don't want to deal with the messes I'll do some digital stuff on Krita, or go out somewhere and take some photos of things I find interesting.
I used to draw a lot and colour. Haven't really done that in a long time.
The worst thing to do is think about it too much without doing.

I prefer doing traditional art tbh mostly because I have almost no idea on how to do layering and all that. More comfortable with traditional

Try drawing cosmic horror, it’s a very big subject so you can draw pretty much anything with tentacles (doesn’t have to be tentacles, it’s just a very common theme in cosmic horror) and horrible body appearance and there ya go.

Try picking the object closest to you and draw it! Or draw your favorite movie character!
