Choose a wooden handle of appropriate length and diameter for the axe.
Attach the axe head to the handle securely using epoxy or strong adhesive.
Allow the adhesive to cure according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Use a bench grinder or file to shape the marked portion into a curved blade.
Sharpen the blade using a whetstone or suitable sharpening tool.
