You are correct. Some games are played to 61, but none of the answers given is correct (answers given 159,160, 161, 162)

I got 22 out of 23, and that was guessing that the cribbage score was 161, figuring it had to be a typo. The answer is 121, but like N Fritz stated, short games to 61 can be played.
