The same thing as government food stamps.

Food stamps but now they dish out cards (like a credit/debit card) for people on food assistance.

It's a food benefits debit card. It's loaded once a month with a set amount of money and you use it for groceries.

Food Stamps- food aid provided by the United States government (at least for now).

It's the debit card food stamps are loaded onto in the US.

Electronic Benefits Transfer to access money for food or other assistance.

EBT stands for electronic bank transfer but, for some reason, we call the food stamp card an EBT card.

It's a card to pay for food with government benefits for low-income families, accepted at grocery stores and stuff.
