Joseph Nowak is a comic artist based in Berlin. He creates funny one-panel comics that are sure to lift your spirits. The coolest thing about Nowak's art is that you can't predict what will happen next. In his strange, made-up world, anything can happen, and that's what makes his cartoons really exciting!
"I just want to make others laugh. Some ideas might need a bit of thought, while others might help people see things in a different way. But mostly, they're just silly enough to get a laugh and maybe be shared," the artist said in a previous interview with Bored Panda.

Truth. In America, once you're behind bars, you are no longer human. You are legally state or federal property. There is also no coming back from a crime. No matter how you've grown past it, no matter how much you've changed, you will ALWAYS be just another criminal, in the eyes of the law. At 23, you went on a bank-robbing spree to get the money to pay for your sick child's medical care? You NEVER got in trouble again, and fulfilled your legal obligations to the letter? When you're 80 and on oxygen, if there's a bank robbery in your area, they're going to come. They can search your home and property without a warrant, because they have probable cause.

Yeah I think a combo of this and crazy cat lady. Like a woman with cats is just as bad as a woman with crabs.... Just guessing. I like cats personally.

She has cats. I had a cat that loved being inside your coat in the winter. You pull the bottom draw string really tight and he'd walk around in there and occasionally poke his head out the top under your chin.
