Hmm, that does sound like a pretty good joke while fading out. Unfortunately, every one else in the room has probably heard them all.
And if they electrocute themselves, they need some Mighty Morphine. ...okay, that was a horrible joke, I admit.
Priorities. It takes me months to get names and faces stored in my memory, but let me install a given Microsoft product three or more times, and that Product Key will be locked into my head for years.
I have heavy things on my blanket so I can't move or get out of bed. They're called "dogs"
I once had a pile of gear in my arms and unlocked the car boot and threw it all in and slammed the lid. Cue frantic search of pockets as it slowly dawned on me that I'd thrown the keys in as well... (Trunk for those who use that term). The locksmith was very kind and said not to worry, happens all the time. Liar. :-)
Apparently that is because their wives tell them and not the mama. I see myself out.
I just always reassure myself that I couldn't possibly look that frightful or I'd have no friends
Make a good seal and flush and you won't have to worry about that pesky colon anymore.
Like... I'm a hopeless romantic, yes, but I've never understood why couples do those "break" things. Either you wanna be with each other, or you don't? IMO when you start to do dramatic BS like that, you're basically resuscitating a corpse but I guess it happens in those weird relationships where physical / s3xual attraction is the only point of connection
There was a TV show long ago called 'The Second Hundred Years'. about a guy who went prospecting for gold up in the Northwest in the 1800's and got frozen in an avalanche and thawed out in contemporary times (late 60s). I remember one gag they did where, the first time he saw a cardboard milk carton, he said 'Paper bottle?'. His now-elderly son replied, 'Yep. Paper bottle.'
"You drive me crazy... I don't know if it's in a good or bad way, all I know is it's a fact."
She has another pair at home just like them. Ive had that happen several times. Lol
I had the thought, while watching luge/skeleton/bob sled, that if every competitor (good, bad, or indifferent) finished within seconds of each other, what's the point of this sport? I know the top performers exhibit good control and reaction times, but if it only gets you to the end 1.83 seconds faster than someone who jumped on the sled and yelled WHEEEEEEE as it hurtled down the track, then ???
I, too, like to play Jenga with a vital, fragile tool that costs over $1000.
When I was a kid (maybe 12?) I was "hiking" on glacier in Switzerland, slipped and was sliding down a small slope. My hiking stick fell into a hole that went down to the melt river below. I missed falling in by inches.
You should keep texting these, less and less coherently, every few days 😅
explanation: a couple years ago there was a girl who got a nasa internship but used profanity to announce it. she then unknowingly replied to a nasa engineer with more profanity which caused her to lose her internship. OP is saying that they don't want to make the same mistake she did.
I mean, it is yours, and if you're in America they probably charged you $500 for it 🙃
Easy: Check in which sports your country isn't competing in. Then win the national olympic qualifications, like the British ski jumper Eddy "The Eagle" Edwards, French Guinean swimmer Eric Moussambani and the Jamaican bob sled team, so you get a ticket for the olympian qualifications on location ofcthe games.
Old eyes cannot focus on close objects. I also need a magnifying glass or (and) my reading glasses to read my phone. On the other hand, I can clearly see things that are a few steps farther. My assumption, the driver has similar eyesight, or cannot afford/get accustomed to multifocal glasses.
I'd rather see a well-lit Amy Poehler than another adaptation of 'Wuthering Heights'.
More garbage for the internet. I need to stop falling for the promise of entertainment from this trash site. It's like 10% humorous and the rest makes me wish for a giant comet.
