    Number 10 is misleading. If I'm looking to ***preserve*** vegetables in a way that keeps the most nutrients, I'm going to freeze them. If I'm looking to ***cook*** them, then, I'll go with steaming them.

    There are definitely mistakes here. For example, while olive oil might be the healthiest of those listed, it's not the healthiest to cook with since most people aren't aware of how to cook with it and heat it too much

    I agree. I like using avocado oil because it cooks at a higher heat. I've thought about buying olive pumice oil because you can get it hotter when cooking and I could also use it as moisturizer. I also think it has a more neutral taste than regular olive oil, but idk about the health benefits.
