The hardships of being a woman have been documented since the dawn of the world. It's always a damsel in distress taking care of her husband, children, household, all the while looking after herself to comply with the beauty standards of the age. The many worries stacked on top of her fragile shoulders cannot compare in their severeness though to the general sexism beliefs about women and their bodies, to this day making it seem as though us ladies, do not own our bodies, but rather are here for men's entertainment.
Now, feminism and feminist views are not something that we usually associate with funny memes and jokes, but humor is often the best medium to convey cold hard facts and the ugly truth.
There are plenty of tweets about feminism that are so funny, even the manliest men laugh at them. But the online world expands way beyond Twitter, so Bored Panda has decided to gather some of the best feminist and sexist memes from all over the internet. Pregnancy struggles, anti-harassment clothes, this list features it all, and then some more of these funny jokes. Even Simone de Beauvoir would be laughing at these sexism examples. Scroll down to check it out and upvote the best memes by these brave and funny women.

She is pretty though..inside and out. The last picture is so cute, lol
It's good for a laugh, but just to uphold the guy's name: he did it as a joke. https://www.chicagotribune.com/lifestyles/stevens/ct-life-stevens-tuesday-kike-hernandez-bucket-masulinity-0710-story.html
Why would you show only fictional characters? These mean nothing. Show the female Russian snipers of WWII, show real female vikings - fictional characters are meaningless.
I've been harassed once when I was a week from giving birth to my son. I had edema everywhere, a huuuuuge belly, and I was red from walking for an 1h (trying to get the labor to start). I was wrap in a coat Hell to big for me. I'm not sure this outfit would be 100% harassment-proofed
What do you call a woman that's had loads of sex - really happy. Sex is fantastic.
Or maybe, just maybe, you should consider your partner's feelings before making huge decisions... how about that? Why is considering others feeling's, offensive?
It's not cool for either men nor women to sit like that! Especially in public transportation! Can you please keep yourself on one seat please?
Wouldn't this be how a douche thinks? If nice guys thought like this, they wouldn't really be nice now would they?
When I had just started to date my future hubby a male friend got his heart broken by a mutual 'friend'. I went to his house and he literally cried on my shoulder. When I returned to my then BF he got s****y and insinuated that I slept with him/shouldn't be helping him/etc. I turned to him and said that if I wanted to date my father I would live in Alabama and if he didn't think he could trust me he could leave. Whelp, we have been married for almost 18 years and he treats me like an adult...sooo, stand up for yourselves ladies!
There are still great men out there that have common sense, but sadly many of those in power positions are not such. And true feminist isn't about giving women MORE rights, but having EQUAL rights. We don't hate on men, we hate on sexist misogynistic behavior. There are those who reject feminism and those who take it too far--neither of which are good. At the end of the day, we just need to be united and push for a better future for all regardless of sex, gender, sexuality, age, race, ethnicity, or any label.
I'm all for equality. Can we start with car insurance?
Higher rates for young male drivers is based on statistical data, not your tiny little penis
No. We can start with domestic violence and femicides. We can then go to women's body autonomy vs. gov't regulation of women's bodies. Then, how about equal employment opportunities and pay gap. And then we can talk about catcalling, harassment, groping, d**k pics and stalking. Your car insurance complaint is waaaaaay lower on the list.
The cost of insurance is based on how "dangerous" the insurance company thinks you are. Statistically, men tend to take more risks, speed more and have more accidents than women. That's why their insurance is more expensive. In the same way, a private health scheme will be more expensive if you are overweight or older than if if you are young and fit. Statistics again.
A lot of the "statistics" for car insurance don't actually exist and are based more on bias and opinion. They've now made it illegal to discriminate with car insurance based on gender. That Australian company shiela's insurance or something used to have ads about being for women and they got around it, by saying we're for you if you drive like a girl.
