12 should be Czech Republic. It's ALSO KNOWN AS Czechia, but the official name is Česká republika and is translated as Czech Republic.

You do realize that most European kids have to hammer all countries and their capitals in their heads before the age of 12 right ? and have been doing so for the last 60 years.
