"What a good boy." Phil does, indeed, believe himself to be the 'goodest of boys,' after all.

I would like to meet this "Joy of Phil" and I would hug him and squeeze him and give him the goodest belly rubs of all time! He would become my secret side dog since my cats do not like dogs, no not at all but I would be willing to sneak out and meet Phil for candlestine bellyrubs, yes I would!
