17 Teachers That Took Cheating Prevention To A New Level

Am I the only one who thinks a lot of these are awful ideas? Imagining trying to concentrate on an exam for two hours while also holding up the weight of a box around your face and listening to a drone buzzing around. It'd drive me mad.

I remember my German teacher would make 2 different versions of the test, so that the person next to you would have a different version, so cheating wouldn't be useful

Why go to all that trouble? My teachers would just rearrange the order of the questions. It was the same test, just the questions would be relisted in four different versions, so #1 might be #4 on your neighbors and visa versa. If you cheated it was a crapshoot if the person next to you had the same version on not. If you tried to communicate to figure out how d you had the same version it would be pretty obvious.

If you interleave two different class who are taking different exam side by side, so that the guy sitting next to you is always taking a different exam, it can save all these trouble.

We were just placed far from eachother.

How disgusting that any of this is needed to prevent cheating.

These are all so stupid. xD what the actual f**k?? If it's such an important test, have a small amout of students in the room at a time. I'd never allow them to make me wear those hats. [No, not cause it's stupid looking, I'm claustrophobic :')]

Don't the parents teach morals? Most of these are older students. Cheating is something that really, really gets my goat. I have worked with people that cheated their way into their job, costing my company (i.e. me) a lot of money and me a lot of wasted time and effort and sleepless nights. And these are likely the same people who cheated their way through school. Out of all the non-violent crimes, I think that one just disgusts me the most. College kids should be permamently expelled for it and not allowed into another school for some X amount of time, and then should then always be monitored very closely. They should know better by then, and could cause serious harm graduating without the knowledge they need.

Once I was working at a very prestigious university where students('s parents) were paying thousands of euros for a semester. My only task was to prevent cheating during exams. Well, it was horror to see how basically everyone tries to use some help. The worst conversation I had with a pregnant lady (there were some extra classes for businessmen and women) who begged me to let her use some cheating sheets. Because of her "situation". Well, I learned forever that when you think the teacher don't see you to cheat, he or she actually does. It's just matter of principle whether he/she stops you. It was a shocking experience, although they paid extremely good... :)

Things are getting worse. For them to take this kind of action? Plus, they make it very difficult to fail the students nowadays.
