I might be mistaken, but the quiz uses "female" only as an adjective to specify "combat fighter" for example. It uses "woman" when that is the subject. I do hate when "female" is used as a noun. But as an adjective, I don't see a problem. Maybe it's also problematic as an adjective? English is not my first language.
