I don’t get the joke. Non Newtonian fluids are a thing. Mixing corn starch with water produces that, it’s similar to quicksand & hard to get out of a drain. A Newtonian fluid, like.. water, is fine. Just bc a sign uses words you don’t understand doesn’t make it nonsensical.
