This Artist Makes Wholesome Illustrations About Cats, And Here Are His 60 Best Ones
There is something that there can never be enough of on the internet and in our lives. And that something is obviously cats. They’re creatures that can’t be put in boxes (unless literally) or summed up easily, but someone who has succeeded at that is Portuguese illustrator Luís Coelho.
“The first cat I drew when I was already exploring this hatching technique was just because my brother-in-law had told me so many times to draw cats that I ended up drawing one. When I posted it on Instagram, I noticed an unusual amount of excitement around that drawing and it motivated me to draw more of them. I ended up finding cats to be extremely fun to draw, allowing so many possibilities of interpretation,” the artist wrote in his previous post here on Bored Panda. This is, in fact, the cat nature. When you're their Mom, they come to you for food. Maybe just skritchies but, your job as Mom is definitely to feed the old kitten. Sure, the cat loves you but, is completely willing to remind you that it's mealtime. I have no objection to this.
Hey Pandas, why are you always so lazy not to scroll through the whole posts??? I gave all 6 illustrations a like, I only can´t comment very much because I have chronic #CTS and have to wear a brace, i won´t get the surgery done, a) my mom (passed from Covid 19 at the retirement home on 01/14/21)´d gotten the surgery done, but afterwards it all was even worse, and b) I have Lupus because of that I´m currently drastically underweight with a #BMI of 13,8 only, so every kind of narcotics/anesthesia is no option. And c) my mom´d been well cared for, but I´d have nobody who could help me do my household and care for my 2 senior tomcats Gizzy and Thori. So I keep wearing the brace, but I really can´t leave many comments. Such a long comment like this one is already very painful and exhausting, but I want to tell everybody that I like the illustrations very much and now follow the IG account. I can´t post there myself without cellphone, but I can follow, like and comment. (Commented 05/04/22)

She has to try Doritos, potato chips, mashed potatoes, broccoli, lettuce, all meat, mac and cheese, but she only throws up cat food.
